Before we share financials, addresses, or seller details, every qualified buyer signs a short confidentiality agreement. It takes two minutes — and protects the owners we represent.
01
Why we ask
Our sellers trust us with trade-secret information — staff structure, lease terms, EBITDA. The NDA is their protection, and the baseline of every serious buyer conversation.
02
What you unlock
Once signed, you can request the Information Memorandum on any listing, book a discreet site inspection, and receive new opportunities before they reach the public market.
03
Legally binding
Your typed signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth). A fully executed PDF is emailed to you for your records.

Frequently asked
Buyer registration, explained.
Why register as a buyer with Boston Brokers?
Our hand-built buyer list sees new mandates first. Most of our businesses are introduced privately, often days or weeks before they reach public view. Registering puts you ahead of the public market for sectors and locations you care about.
Is registering free?
Yes. Buyer registration is free and confidential. There is no obligation to view, enquire on, or transact on any mandate.
How specific should my buyer brief be?
The more specific the better. Sector, location preference, budget range, and any operational constraints (lease type, freehold, licence, fitout condition) help us match accurately. Vague briefs receive vague matches.
How often will I be contacted?
Only when we have a genuinely matching mandate. We do not send mass newsletters. Most registered buyers hear from us 1–3 times per quarter depending on how active their sector is.
Can I update my brief over time?
Yes. Email Nathan directly at nathan@bostonbrokers.com.au or re-submit the registration form. Briefs evolve naturally as buyers learn the market — that is normal and expected.
A COMPANION READ
The Buyer’s Brief.
Twelve pages on what we wish every first-time buyer knew before signing the
heads of agreement. Eight short sections covering the books, the lease, due
diligence, confidentiality, offers, settlement, and when to walk away.
