How do I get on the Boston Brokers buyer list?
Register as a buyer with your sector, location, and budget brief. We add you to our hand-built buyer list and contact you when matching mandates launch — often days before they appear publicly. Registration is free and entirely confidential.
Do I need to sign an NDA to view financials?
Yes. All Boston Brokers mandates are presented confidentially. Buyers sign a one-page NDA, after which we release the full Information Memorandum including financials, lease summary, employee schedule, and operating story.
How do I make an offer?
After reviewing the IM and conducting a site visit, you submit a written Heads of Agreement specifying price, deposit, settlement terms, and any conditions. We facilitate the negotiation and instruct lawyers on both sides once terms are agreed.
Can I get pre-qualified before viewing listings?
Yes — and we recommend it. Pre-qualified buyers see new mandates first, often before they go public. Pre-qualification is a brief conversation about your sector experience, budget, and financing readiness — there is no formal credit check.
Do you help arrange business finance?
We do not arrange finance directly, but we work with experienced commercial brokers who specialise in SME and hospitality lending. We can introduce you to the right lender and help frame the application based on the target business.
